I'm Shaque'l
Founder, ex-big tech professional development partner, career strategist, Your Favorite 6 Figure Chick™ and the woman who is inviting you to sit at her Table.
I know what it's like to be the first. ​The first to leave home. The first in your family to negotiate a 6 Figure offer. The first to sit in certain rooms and wonder if you're doing it right because nobody in your circle has ever been there before you.

I started my career at $52K convinced that I'd made it. Then, I figured out how to make my experience impossible to overlook and landed two major tech roles without ever submitting an application. Eight months later I was making $145K. ​That's when the real work started.

Because getting to 6 Figures was one thing. Learning how to move, invest, negotiate, plan, and build at that level was something nobody ever prepared me for.
So, I built The Firsts' Table because that conversation, the one about what comes after the salary increase, deserves a dedicated space. Because trying to figure out how to invest on Youtube, or estate plan from a Reddit thread is doable, but it's definitely not ideal.
