How do I get my new resume?Here's our process: We’ll have you fill out a questionnaire, and you’ll send your current resume to us. Then we'll look over your complete questionnaire and optimize your resume! After that, we'll email a digital copy back to you within 10 business days! Make sure to mark your calendar and check the email you used at the time of purchase for your new brand collateral!

Do you offer a service that helps with LinkedIn?Privacy and security are biggies to us so we do not offer/provide a service where we log in to, or change, your Linkedin for you. However, as a part of The Optimizer we do provide a curated LinkedIn Makeover resource so you can make purposeful updates to your profile based on your resume. And yes, we want you to make *all* the updates you see in that resource. If they're in the document, they're there for a reason, we promise. If there are suggestions or changes that don't align or make sense for you, reach out to us directly! We're always happy to help.

How do I know which product or service is right for me?It depends on where you feel stuck. If you’re making a simple transition and just need some guidance and which career to transition into, then our done-for-you resume writing service, The Optimizer, is a good fit. If you land interviews that go nowhere, get crickets when you send out applications, negotiating makes your skin crawl, and you’re not sure what you actually want to do, then The Accelerator program is perfect for you.
