Here's our process:

• We'll send you a welcome email where you'll read the Optimizer Experience Guide, fill out your Work History Tracker, and complete your Submission Form.

• Then we'll look over your completed questionnaire and once approved, we'll optimize your resume based on the information you provided.

• After that, we'll email a digital copy of your new resume back to you within 10 business days! Make sure to mark your calendar and check the email you used at the time of purchase for your new brand collateral.

Privacy and security are biggies to us so we do not offer/provide a service where we log in to, or change, your Linkedin for you. However, we do provide you with a curated LinkedIn 101 resource so you can make purposeful updates to your profile based on your resume.

And yes, we want your LinkedIn to mirror all the updates included on your optimized resume, as well as the suggestions included in the LinkedIn 101 resource. They're there for a reason, we promise. If there are suggestions or changes that don't align or make sense for you, reach out to us directly! We're always happy to help.

Yes! But think of the Optimizer as more of a collaboration. We have the expertise in how to optimize your resume, but we're unable to do that without input from you! So once you've answered your intake questionnaire (in full and to the best of your abilities), and we've confirmed that we have all information we need, we will build and optimize your new resume based on the career transition opportunities you're interested in/qualified for! And remember, this is a blueprint. You should be making slight changes (i.e., job title) every time you submit a resume.

While we can't guarantee a particular outcome, know that we want you to be successful. That being the said, the job search (on average) takes 3-6 months. If you're making a big transition, it can take longer. So don't try to rush the process.

Though we understand that finding and applying to jobs can be incredibly frustrating, we have found that giving our clients the brand collateral they need (with The Optimizer) or teaching them step-by-step how to reach their 6 Figure Goals (in The Accelerator) is much more impactful in the long run than finding and applying to a handful of jobs on their behalf.
